Tldr someone on Tumblr claimed mitski was a pedophile and part of a child sex trafficking ring and there is so much debate over if the person is being true or was having a dissociative episode (they admit to having DID) and if they were on drugs and all this stuff that's uncomfortable

Yeah I would take the allegations of one mentally distressed person on Tumblr with a very large grain of salt. The whole "pedophile ring" seems to be the en vogue go to these days for online conspiracy theorists. It's in the public consciousness, until there is a shred of concrete evidence I wouldn't worry too much about it...

Absolutely agree with Mather. While crap like Epstein makes that sort of stuff seem believable, those of us that are old enough remember when “satanic ritual child abuse” was the national panic. People went to jail for hysterical lies.

Greg Rutgin, the drummer of Elvis Depressedly has also provided evidence from that show. They played, sold merch, and left. Also it was an 18+ show and the accuser couldn't have been there.

From what I've seen from this person, they very obviously need help, and are in severe distress. But poor, 20-year-old Mitski being a part of a sex trafficking ring is deeply unlikely.
