I feels a bit weird pre-ordering something in March for a December release date...and knowing it will probably still be released later than that.

So I pre-ordered the Tool box set...not sure how I feel about myself right now.
I get people leaving Spotify, but I can't really be bothered. It's the same thing about Comcast still carrying Fox News, but I still have Comcast internet.
I don't watch Fox News, I don't listen to Joe Rogan.
The biggest issue I have is how I'll feel when I binge watch Newsradio next.
Went to work for my first night on modified/light duty, and they didn't have any of my paperwork that I was on light duty. So they sent me home. That really sucks for my co-workers, as I could do some other non-patient care stuff that they can't get to but still needs to be done.
His name was Robert Paulson.
Hurt my back at work last week and attempted to work last night but spent almost the whole shift in pain....on light duty/modified, but can't do much. Sitting hurts, standing hurts, walking hurts.
My mom sent me a check for an unexpected amount for Christmas...that paid off both mine and my wife's credit cards. That's a great feeling.
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Christmas morning.
My thought are with those dealing with tornados tonight. That's one thing I don't miss from living in Illinois.

Currently at urgent care to see if they can do anything for this clogged right ear and tinnitus I've been having for about a week.
Lots of moderate quakes off the coast of Oregon the last few days....
The wife returns from her trip today. The dogs will be happy. And me and the kid, too. But there's a chance the dogs may pee with excitement...something that I hope doesn't happen with me or my daughter.
I gotta say that politics have reached an all new low when I have to take Big Bird's side of an argument.
Day #1 of 8 days off. I think I'll sleep for a bit.
I don't think this will be a HIPPA violation, but while I haven't seen a swollen scrotum caused by the vaccine, I have seen a swollen scrotum caused by covid...from a blood clot in a guys leg....that he had to have amputated....oh...and the scrotum was filled with blood, not just edema (fluid).
Ugh...starting night 1 of 4 straight. Evidently we now have national guard helping at the hospital. So that will be interesting.
Last full day with my wife and daughter out of town...at least it's not going to be as hot as it has been the last couple of days. Still no plans to leave the house. Need to do some cleaning of this basement...starting with my desk, as it has been taken over by stickers/inserts/download cards.
Driving my wife and daughter to PDX in the morning...then gonna hit some record stores for this first time in a VERY long time. -
