They don't need a new logo, they need a new company name... Vinyl Me, Please is such a terrible, dated name, they should just rebrand to VMP and keep the original (better) logo.

It symbolizes their hierarchy. Pretty smart actually. The first oval is themselves, standing higher than all the rest, they’re better and they know it. The second is their customer, lowest of them all because they know collecting addicts don’t really care about The third oval... product quality.

Wasn't there some talk about Warner/WEA buying them out? I would assume that a new logo would fit into that.

@juiceless I mean...the comparison to Warner is not a bad one. Late shipping, shit customer service that takes ages to get a response...all checks out! Maybe Warner is going to buy VMP?

With Warner (WMG) going public, this would most definitely align with that.

If WMG buys VMP, they'd become another Sound of Vinyl. And tbh they're not far off from being that now anyway.

First I saw Black Flag but yes, now its the Warner logo as well. Maybe VMP are getting bought out by WMG?

What is it even symbolic of? I can see a TT cartridge and needle, but that is a stretch. It doesn’t really tell you anything about who they are.
