New Real Estate album is basically a post-2010 Teenage Fanclub album. It's very mellow and smooth.

I finally understand the Big Thief hype with Two Hands. “Forgotten Eyes”, “Shoulders,” and “Not” have SOTY potential. Still not quite sure about U.F.O.F.
That feel when you get a good deal on a record on Discogs for less than half of what it normally goes for, but you’re still paying over $100
The new Angel Olsen is not as good as previous efforts but “Tonight”, “Endgame”, and “Chance” are 3 of the best songs she’s ever written.
The Walkmen are incredibly underrated. Brilliant band that could parallel what The National are doing today had they stayed together.
