Ah yes, I recall checking out his previous album a couple years back because the cover was so striking! And interestingly enough when I popped into a newish shop around here yesterday they had like 5 copies of it in 4 different locations.

I take all this to be a sign. I'm in!

I was thinking wow this album sounds interesting and also vaguely familiar, I should order it. Turns out my past self had similar thoughts as I received a shipping notice today.

I’ll twist your arm a bit more…. 1. HOLY SHIT. 2. I’m absolutely certain my wife will hate it.
 
So I met this woman who had a record collection to sell, which she eventually gave to me for free because most of the records were trashed except a few one being this one: 69’ Eldorado by Lisa Ballentine. I got home and looked it up and this thing last sold for $299. She has a folksy sound like Joni Mitchell and it isn’t bad.
