I only have Lyle Lovitt to go in my list of the BIG releases for the week and so far Monophonics is easily my favorite. Kendrick is probably a grower. Flo does not disappoint. Black Keys is what it is and I dig it. The Smile will need some attention much like Kendrick.

The last few Willie albums were great but bothered me because his vocals were immaculate, which didn't jibe with the last few times I've seen him live. The new album is definitely some best takes, but it is actually good to hear his voice ragged and aged. Lean into it Willie, it only accentuates the songs you've been singing.
