Give it up! He doesn't want to play for another team. He is loyal to Pittsburgh just like Mario Lemieux was.
Not that a great of a trade. Helps them now, but they are still on the hook for 6 more years at 6.75 million for guy who has scored over 70 points exactly one time.

Oh I'm not saying he's happy that his teammate and friend got traded and he's certainly frustrated with the way things have gone this season but I don't think he'll ever ask to be moved.

I understand but at least the Wings are still in the playoff picture unlike the Sens who was supposed to compete for a playoff spot this season after their rebuild was deemed done
