Apparently Trotz can trade, something Poile couldn't do other than the Filip Forsberg trade. 6th round pick isn't bad at all and it wasn't even our pick.

TRADE ALERT 🚨

The Arizona Coyotes traded defenseman Matt Dumba and a 2025 seventh-round pick to the Tampa Bay Lightning for a 2027 fifth-round pick, reports The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun.

Dumba is a pending unrestricted free agent with a $3.9-million cap hit, according to CapFriendly.

The 29-year-old was in his first season with the Coyotes, who signed him as a free agent in August. Dumba spent the previous 10 campaigns with the Minnesota Wild, who drafted him seventh overall in 2012.
