I think I have my phono plugged into AUX1 as well on the Audiolab. I like mine! I have had an annoying issue where sometimes it wouldn’t turn on from standby but I hardly ever put it on standby anymore and there’s no issue anymore.

I don’t think I would. 2 reasons… wouldn’t feel right and also, my wife wouldn’t want any of the gear that cost that much in the house (not that I like their aesthetic that much, either)

A lot of these things look like houses the Jetsons would live in.
 
I mean I’d definitely get a nicer system then what I view as my end game at this time, but I don’t see my self as comfortable with a $25k+ component. I’ll be about 25k all in if all goes to plan. Maybe I’d think about a 50k system, but I’d likely go separates. I COULD see me spending 50k+ on speakers.

Speakers is what really bumps it up though. The ones I’d love are €30,000. Given their efficiency and how much I love my amp I’d totally be happy with it, or the 400 just above, powering them. Similar to baldy Kev using the 400with the €50k tannoys. Add expensive but not Earth shatteringly so phono cd player turntable and stereo subs I’d want and you’re about €45k without cables and power stuff.

The nice thing about getting up into the higher tiers is that you have the ability to trade in items towards big upgrades. Like I didn't pay a penny for the Halo JC3+. Totally bought with trade ins. Makes it so much easier to upgrade without breaking the bank every time.

I read of at least one user using it to zero in azimuth instead of just correcting phase and mentioned that the cross talk stuff still did it’s magic.
