Oh baby. NM 2009 MOV pressing of RAGE ST using the original plates. These suddenly disappeared from stores when the newer remix came out. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REMIX BOB LUDWIG YOU FOOLS. This is essentially a reference quality album. Very pleased.

I forgot to put this with my other grabs yesterday. The book and set in general are super nice, glad I went for the deluxe edition.

Daniel Norgren - Wooh Dang (VMP Pressing 2019)
Daniel Norgren - Skogens Frukter (2017 Pressing - In a VMP Jacket for some reason?)
I have had the Wooh Dang for a while but the Skogens Frukter was a new pick up. I went to see Daniel Norgren last night (he killed it!) and after chatting with his tour manager for a bit he took the records backstage for Daniel to sign!! I also picked up a tshirt as well.
Kenny Burrell ‎– Introducing Kenny Burrell (2019, Blue Note Tone Poet)
I have heard some great things about this pressing so im looking forward to spinning this!
Also bought a Project record weight on ebay for a decent price. Been after one for a while but could never justify paying silly money for one.
John Coltrane - Giant Steps (Original 1960 US Black Label Mono pressing on Atlantic)
This is the big one! A legendary album that literally changed jazz. Coltrane broke the whole rulebook here and created a brand new way of composing music. Never thought I would find a copy in decnet condition that I would be able to afford so I was stunned when this one came my way. Its my birthday this weekend so this is definitely a present to myself!!

I think, if my memory serves me correctly, that Skogens Frukter was a compilation of selected songs from Alabursy and The Green Stone that he put together especially for the VMP exclusive. He must have liked it so much that he started pressing it for himself but just kept printing out the same artwork, i imagine Superpuma don't have a huge budget!
How was he live? Im very jealous, he's not coming to ireland to play
