honestly have no clue! someone on another forum asked how the MoFi of Crime of the Century was and I said it was excellent. Then the guy said oh you need to hear the canadian pressing! i'll send it to you. and then this showed up with it...

@Joe Mac it has absolutely nothing to do with Boomboom holding a special place in my basement...uh...er.....heart.

sorry mean the upcoming ones. target was cheaper than that on preorder on all these titles. they raised the prices after they came out back to retail. the 2LPs are the biggest price difference. The Emil Gilels Brahms is $49+tax at target. it's 57 euros at JPC

Ah, okay. Hadn't realized all of that. Thanks! I might try the Kleiber, but this is a road I really don't need to go down. (He said, with hope.)

I got the Kleiber. It's really great. then i also ordered the Gilels Schubert that popped back into stock last night and have two others on preorder at Target...

Is it the "Audiophile Series" from Canada? Those are some pretty good pressings.

I’m interested too. I’ve kind of given up trying to source a UK first pressing stateside. They just never show up and I don’t want to buy a used UK one with the crazy shipping costs.

I have an OG UK pressing I have to spin again, I have a mental note that there was a skip or something on it and wanted to find another pressing. I'm thinking of grabbing the half speed when I get back from out of town in a week and see how it compares.
