Definitive Audiophile pressings

Well... despite sellers putting really low values on overseas items I'm now getting nailed on every single DHL import for about $35 in fees. Even on single discs. I guess I'm officially on "the list". This is going to complicate the bi-weekly Japanese vinyl orders.
Opening a Buffalo PO Box is looking more appealing with every drunken NightMather order.

I've been looking at those records with the ugly stripe across the top that ruins the look of the sleeve (Mofi 🤣) and can just about justify the price of this one to myself.

Are there any other Mofi releases worth looking at in that price range ~£50?

Is the Duke Ellington a good pressing?

Well, this sounds incredible. Caveat being that I have not heard another vinyl version of it. But I'm fairly certain this will be up with the best, Ashes to Ashes was a religious experience.
You can’t really go wrong with any OG version of Scary Monsters. One of the better recorded Bowie albums.

I have the Duke Ellington and really like it. It’s not from original tapes (thus the different banner) and it’s an older recording, but I’m happy with it for sure

Does anyone have any ideas on how the quality of this will be? Does Get On Down do good work? Feels like this will be the definitive version of executed well.

Get On Down is fine but nothing special. I have a handful of hip hop albums through them that are serviceable but definitely not audiophile level. Generally pretty cheap pressings and bare bones packaging.
