Definitive Audiophile pressings

another question if I may, is this AAA? I'm sure the 1 step is incredible but really don't want to pay a premium
I believe the album was recorded to DAT? The CB cut you linked sounds great. Some people prefer it to the one step. It’s not my cup of tea but I picked up a copy recently to include in a trade

Does anyone have this? Comments have mixed reviews

It's very good. The one-step is going to blow it away though I can tell you already. 45 RPM, super vinyl, one step mastering by Krieg Wunderlich. It's a muddy-ish mix with a lot of bottom end, and the UD1S treatment is really gonna open it up.

it's cut from the analog tapes I believe, but there was a digital step in the recording as MikeH noted. Recorded using a DAT machine and mixed down to analog tape from there. That record sounds amazing though,

The Innervisions is a second press I think, The Songs ITKOL is likely from 81 so it's probably about the 3rd or 4th run. I have no idea if these are considered to be good pressings, but they sound good to me. However I don't have much point of reference. But they sound natural, and they are jet black silent. As usual fantastic quality in the Japanese pressings...

These are the Stevie Japanese ones, for reference, I have too, I think they’re OG, or OGish and I love them. So natural sounding and some really nice deep bass on them. I couldn’t get a Japanese Innervisions from Record City at the time so it’s a UK OG, equally good pressing but it doesn’t have the nice tip on covers you get with the Japanese pressings
