I think Lord Huron's first album got grouped in with these Lumineer-types back then as well, but they've aged (and evolved) much much better, IMO.

My wife is pretty into the Lumineer-types and I definitely grouped Lord Huron in with them at first, but they're definitely something different and better for sure. My indifference toward The Lumineers et al. hasn't changed, but I've come to really love Lord Huron.
