Three Feral Pieces is a collaborative 12" EP from the Kentucky musicians Bonnie "Prince" Billy and Nathan Salsburg and the English writer Max Porter. We have a version limited to 250 copies in a handmade, letter pressed LP jacket made by Patrick Masterson (art by Max). It comes with three letter pressed inserts by LA printmaker Jennifer Upham, featuring art by Bonnie, Nathan and Max, and the B-side features an etching by Louisville artist Oscar Parsons. It's quite something to see. Some photos below:

The standard LP is not too shabby either and also comes with the inserts and the etching. That version is limited to 700 copies (and a small amount will be available at indie record shops in May):

@Joe Mac Is this the collab you were talking about?

Was able to grab Isnt Anything and Loveless through Juno. Thanks for the tip guys.

what’s the best option we have for the new Sons of Kemet record? The single is fan fucking tastic.
I got it from the UK through Sounds of the Universe, but I grabbed the limited color press which is sold out. In the states, you can get a black press from Music Direct, which is the only store I've seen with it state side thus far. We've been posting about it in the Jazz thread.

Will Oldham has to be a contender for artists that drive completists insane.

The orange vinyl is still available through juno, unfortunately the weight being listed higher pushes their shipping to $13 so it is a total of $43 or so and it won't let me combine shipping since it is a pre order I guess. I don't remember that being an issue before. I may wait until it is released just in case it is still in stock.

VMP has a variant for the absolutely ridiculous price of $42/$47 for member/non-member.

Otherwise for the black the cheapest stateside I have seen is importcds which has it for $24. Also can pre order from Bullmoose, Amazon, etc.

Confession: I had never heard a My Bloody Valentine Song until today when I looked them up after all the attention they're getting.

The songs the lady sings are pretty.
Right? MBV is one of those bands that, but for the internet. I would not know even exists. Have never encountered their music, or anyone referencing their music, in the wild, although maybe that says more about the company I keep than it does about the music.

I wonder if they'll put up standard black copies once these sell out. I know they've done it for some Curren$y, Larry June, etc., but not sure the differences in distribution, etc between these. These look like Tuff Kong has some sort of involvement.
