Hurts to see so many people placing Caroline Rose so low, but it may just be the albums it was pressed alongside. For me, it was a Top 5 album of 2020.

It didn't grab me quite as much as Loner, but it's still a good album. It probably is affected by being a lesser-known Essentials album, and new albums usually tend to rate lower overall. This was a better year than most because I liked at least half of their Essentials selections. Personal taste, but Superstar is probably no worse than 7th of the 12 because the other 5 (Nicks, White Stripes, Badu, Mayer, Projectors) aren't good.
Actually, to be more accurate in proper rankings -

13 - listening to John Mayer
