Part of me wants to hold out for a cleaner copy but part of me just wants it.

Yea...sadly Schizophrenia doesn't appear to have a repress coming soon outside of the Anthology. For $25, it seems like a very good price for an album that I rarely see out in the wild anymore. Might be more conservatively graded too based on the comments on it. I probably would have jumped all over this had I not splurged on Anthology...

Appreciate the heads up.
I figure I can always track down a cleaner copy if I want, but it will be cool to have an OG in decent shape.
I think I’d regret not picking this up.

I don't doubt that you could re-sell it for what you paid or close to it if you find a better copy. Hoping you won't need to find another one though! Enjoy! Let us know how it sounds when it arrives.

Yeah if it’s actually in the condition the seller claims then it’s easily worth what you paid for it. I have an original in VG-VG+ shape and it sounds quite good. I haven’t had a chance to compare the Anthology version yet though. I did play it last night and first impressions were that it was quite impressive. The cymbals and piano were crystal clear which was nice.

In regards to The All Seeing Eye, it will go higher than my highest bid and with this one ending during diner time tomorrow, when I’ll be busy on the line, I doubt I’ll end up with it. Last one I saw end, finished at ether $55 or $55 plus shipping.

Oh, it's no problem at ALL - never expected to win at that price anyway. Just bid as kind of a placeholder.
Would be nice if there were a way for N&G folks not to escalate the bids tho. Any ideas?

No idea to be honest. My typical strategy is that I only bid if I'm the first bidder. Otherwise, I watchlist and bid in the last minute or so for something. I suppose if there are people around here who constantly are bidding on records, we could message each other to let people know if we are desperately looking to pick something up?
