Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

Didn't they say this in September though too? I'd personally wait to hear it from some other reliable source...but hopefully it gets released.
Not sure, Its back on other sites like Amazon as well now though so hopefully that is a good sign.

The only proper heavy metal album I think I own is Bon Jovi's Slippery When Wet. To be honest though Jon Bon and the lads are just a bit to thrashy for me and I like a bit more melody with my tunes and less ultra anger and aggression so I haven't gone much further into the genre (although full disclosure I did own a Def Leppard t-shirt as a 10 year old so did have a bit of a metal thing about me then)

god I would love to see this posted in a metalhead forum and just witness the implosion

Does it feel like Storf is running VMP twitter this week? Social person must be on summer vacation.
Or maybe Pauly because they said "we'll run this one up the chain" to someone's suggestion and he's said that before on reddit a bunch of times hah

For the first time, VMP has legit offended me. The Grinch did not learn the meaning of Christmas just for you jokers TO SPELL IT AS FUCKING "GRINCE" 😡 YOU'VE CROSSED THE LINE THIS TIME

their twitter has been proper cringey recently...people are asking them if they would press certain titles (like a radiohead album) and they just keep saying "yea we might do that!"

I think Storf has taken over, like peeps have been speculating. It at least makes it interesting to watch *grabs popcorn*

Undoubtedly, I don’t use Twitter much so I’ve not got around to not following them, but I got a notification of a message they’d posted saying “we’re trying to delete it”. I’d love to know what that fool posted originally to warrant deleting 🙄

I know. I'm very familiar with the artist and their personal pronouns. Thats the entire reason that I found it fascinating.
But what in particular is fascinating? Do articles usually use they/them? Perhaps there was a behind the scenes convo we're not aware of where the artist stated a preference for he/him? Or maybe that it didn’t matter?

You should use the proper pronouns. If an article isn't then thats problematic. That's the answer to your second question.

I already explained in my original post what I found it fascinating. You have a nonbinary individual who uses they/them and he/him and they mention that they are nonbinary but do not make use of additional pronouns. That's a choice someone made and I find it fascinating.

I’m not sure how that answered my second question, which was whether or not articles about this person typically use they/them. That was a yes/no question.
I agree it is problematic. But I don’t see that they did use improper pronouns.
In fact, they seemed to use exactly what the person accepts.

I’d imagine that choice would be more stylistic than anything. As a writer, if you start off w one set of preferred pronouns it’s prob best not to switch back and forth. It’s not a checklist that needs to be ticked off after all

I’m not one to defend VMPs generally abysmal writing. But this seems like a pretty cut and dry thing.

Your question didn't specify articles about this artist specifically. But now that I understand then yes they do.

I accussed no one of using improper pronouns.
