was it offered on bandcamp but then removed it? I'm not seeing it now on there. I downloaded the mp3s from Bandcamp just now for $10 because the cassette doesn't come with a DL card.
I'm very happy I ordered it from that EU site because I was in a meeting and it's now sold out everywhere.
