Does it says refund on your Paypal account or CC ? If CC, it can take up to 4 days to appear in my experience. also check your Paypal balance, it's maybe there ?

I liked the conspiracy theory on reddit that VMP is intentionally sending out tons of records to people to entice people to resubscribe again in hopes of getting one of these 26 album mystery grab bags.

Right? I just have trouble believing that they could be so incompetent by accident, especially considering how well established, documented, and stable the store software they're using is. It's gotta be malicious at this point.

So here´s the Vinyl me, Purple throwback.
Probably not what you want to hear, but I did get a tracking number for it, and it was properly reflected on my orders page. I only had one issue on my orders page where the BB King ROTM was marked fulfilled without a tracking number, but it did show up with the Aretha which did have a tracking number.
I have one more 5lb box coming, and have two unfulfilled records left on my account which I more than likely will not be getting as they were part of the random restocks.

Woah. They must have gotten to my orders cuz I just got 4 shipping notices at once. None are for any of the magic restocks though

I got my Shipping notice for all 3 ROTMs but none of the in stock exclusive I ordered (Ray Charles, TVZ, and Caribou).
Really hoping those rumors of them not shipping partial orders isnt true, because with all these inventory issues I have very little hope of these lasting until my order is "complete".

The software is stable, but the migration seems to have been awful and I could see them screwing that up. So far, I've seen address mixups, credit card mixups (people getting charged on old cards), people getting random records they didn't order, etc. I think it's more incompetence and things spiraling out of control than something malicious. Would not be shocked at all if they tried to hire an intern or somebody to redesign their site on the cheap and they fucked something up. And now it's like trying to find which bulb on a string of christmas lights is broken to get all the others to turn back on.
The crazier thing to me than people randomly getting 25 records is all the people who are tracking their packages and watching them to go addresses and states that they never even lived in.

Yeah, I think this is the case. I ordered Caribou and Ray Charles in the same order and haven’t received the Charles record, likely because it’s waiting to ship out with Caribou in April. I asked them to separate the order but I doubt they’ll do it

My ROTMs shipped separately from all my other orders, so there's still a chance you'll be getting the other records (though really who knows these days, especially since there was the one person getting 12 copies of the Caribou) EDIT: sorry I was referring to the old Caribou record

Would you be willing to post here how many extras that have gone out that you've been keeping track of? There have been at least 4 posts in here. I'm curious just how many extras have been sent out and how much $ that adds up to.

I read what you quoted and was thinking you’d quoted the actual article, then thought, “no, this is too over the top bad to actually be the article - this is just a joke”, and then googled the article to see that, yes, that is actually the first paragraph posted on the “everything you need to know” article for their website.
I’m just stunned that you posted this on Monday morning, and I’m reading it on Wednesday morning and they haven’t corrected any of it...and it’s THAT bad.
