Awesome! I really enjoy this mix and have been spinning it quite frequently since getting it! My sides B and D have virtually no pink splatter on them - same for you?

Exactly the same for me. A/C are gorgeous, B/D are minimally splattered.
The mix is great! I actually have that Cornell Campbell on a 10" I picked up ages ago.... love that track. Great to see it get some exposure.

Dan Penn - Living On Mercy
Esbjörn Svensson Trio - Winter In Venice
Dan Penn is for me the best soul songwriter bar none, responsible for Dark End Of The Street, I'm Your Puppet, Out Of Left Field etc. This is his great new album. It's not quite up to those classics (Do Right Man or Moments From The Theatre are the places to go for this) but it's still great with his wonderful voice. Plus, another great jazz album that shows sometimes all you need is piano, bass and drums.
