My collection #1065-1066

Orchestre Poly-Rythmo de Cotonou - Reveil Disco Cubain
Family - Music In A Doll's House

One of my very favourite Poly-Rythmo albums featuring songs by my two favourite members, drummer Yehouessi Leopold and guitarist Papillon. Both looking like dudes on the cover, and both sadly dying in the early 80s. Great mix of funk and Latin.
Family is late 60s almost psychedelia, a pre-cursor to Traffic. This album is the one that made the White Album be called that (the Beatles were going to call it A Doll's House until this came out). I like this record but possibly not enough to keep it. I've got rid of almost nothing during this play-through but it's good to be brutal sometimes.
