What's Spinning

My collection #486-487

Ebo Taylor - Twer Nyame
Rhiannon Giddens - Freedom Highway

Anybody even vaguely interested in African music should check out Ebo Taylor and this might well be my favourite of his very consistent group of albums. And the Rhiannon Giddens is starker but just as remarkable.

Led Zeppelin “Coda” 1982 original U.K. press

This was my first brought Zeppelin album as an 11 year old back on release in 1982... I still prefer it to In Through the out door .. some of these leftover tracks are awesome ..that 1-2 ouch of openers We’re Gonna Groove and Poor Tom ...superb.. and side two has three newish tracks that were worthy of their legacy ..(the recent 3 lp expanded edition is great too)

Definitely better than In Through The Out Door. Love the way We're Gonna Groove starts off the Royal Albert Hall gig
