One thing that I've noticed missing from the forum is anything related to visual art. I've tended to gravitate more toward underground/new contemporary and pop surrealist works in the past, but there's a lost of great stuff out there past and present. Much like music and, more specifically, genres like jazz, reggae, or world music, this can be a difficult thing for a lot of people to find a good starting point to explore. Hopefully, this thread can help by introducing new artists to each other and providing a transition for those that may be interested.

I'd love to see what you guys are into, or even what you create yourself. I'll likely also post exhibits and stuff that are coming up in various parts of the world.

I'll just start by posting the work of one painter that I enjoy in particular. He's from Australia and his name is Jeremy Gedddes.
