Get out of bed, walk down the road into a record store, save yourself money on shipping and invest in a small business in the local community rather than a multinational tax avoiding vulture or a company that thinks that this community is worth less than the dirt or the sole of their shoes...

mmmmm I need to support small businesses more! It's just hard because I really like limited edition stuff (VMP, Limited Colour editions) and audiophile pressings, and most of my locals don't specialise in either. And when they sell Tone Poet's and MoFi's, it's really expensive, like $70 for a Tone Poet Pressing and $80 for a single MoFi LP.

I do buy a bit from my locals but nowhere near as much from online stores/VMP/Amazon!

And you know what actually, it felt really good working out because it was like a release for me! I felt so good afterwards and low-key was like "I'm ready for this Country track". I'm ready to test my limits and be adventurous, and get a good taste of what so many Americans love!

Everyone keeps naming male country singers, if they can do a country track and reissue a fair amount of albums from women in country music it might be worth something. My experience in trying to find country music I like is that I like women making country a lot more than men.

On that note, @NathanRicaud have you given Neko Case a chance?

And yes, there would be so many great Country albums from just Patsy Cline alone! I really hope VMP do her within the first 3 months of commencing the Country track!

Better yet, some really great records that would be perfect for the sub (in my own honest opinion, for the sake of diversity from the tried and true down to earth old-style country) (psst...an track for non-anglo stuff i.e. latin, asian, etc, etc. would be infinitely better and more interesting)

I just see a hard limit on what would be viable under the track so I think there needs to be some leniency on what can be made a ROTM and those two certainly have enough country influence to be all Pardner'd up.

I’m sorry, but listening to these three songs actually made me realise how much I don’t want VMP to do a Country track!

You know you don't actually have to sub to it though, right? VMP probably won't send the heavies around to break your thumbs if you swerve it. Not least because any damage to your hands in particular would make a serious dent in their store drop profit margins

Very cool idea would be to unfuck the current three tracks and get their shit in order before even considering adding more tracks. You just KNOW the absolute mess that swaps and CS would be if they had even one more track to worry about every month.
