This is undoubtably a different brand of "punk rock" from the list and will swing poppier. To me, it's also more digestible lyrically and of course, polished better with modern technology. If nothing else, it will give you a good glimpse into the bands that were inspired by the first punk rockers.

Let me know what works, what doesn't, and I can send as many recommendations as you'd like - similar stuff, or throw you in a new direction.
Listening now… bad religion is my fave from the list so far.
 
I saw these guys open for Mudhoney a few years ago and they were a blast. Sometimes borders on psychedelia and definitely more solo guitar than you're used to with traditional punk but the attitude and feel is there...

Related I’m trying to find something to listen to and needed ideas so here we are.
I guess I should go back to the beginning of the thread and check out all the recommendations. I’ve listened to all of the RS list. I may do a deep dive on psych records soon. I’ve been exploring that there rabbit hole.
