Don’t know that I have ever listened to this before. Considering it’s mostly a vocal-less soundtrack except for the title track, it is excellent.

My wife literally started laughing when the first notes hit, said “Feeling optimistic, eh?”, raised an eyebrow and then started laughing. Well, it was worth a shot.

I had a sealed copy of this for years and then gave it to a friend and got another one. I do love this album but the memories make it a bit hard to listen to I guess since it’s been 5 years.

Great record. In theory, a late night, let’s go back to my place after the bar kinda record, but it sadly only elicited a head shake and eye roll from my wife. Amazing cover art.

I was in a Zoom meeting in the spring and three of us had the same colour wall behind us. The host thought we were messing with her.

Hahaha. Love it. When I did a Fantasy Football draft the lighting was low and I was accused of doing it from inside a Folgers can.

Next is Echo & The Bunnymen...I can't remember when I got this, but it was at least 2-3 years ago.

It's the Book Version of Porcupine and has great liner notes and pictures by Will Sargeant on top of bonus tracks like all the Discotheque mixes of the singles.

Last album of the box set and Gaye’s last album for Motown. Kinda weird that this seems to be the album that has slipped through the cracks, but it’s great. Nice to hear him moving away from Disco.

Great box set. 3 all time albums, 3 great albums and a so so duet album. Was nice to go through it one a day.
