NHL Thread Because There Isn't An NHL Thread

Well it made for some fun and exciting games near the 🔚 but ultimately we fell short again. This season, can be chalked up to the teams' inconsistencies, inability to hold leads, and last but not least, their lack of efficiency on the PP. What sucks the most however, is the fact that our veteran core remained healthy all season long, and Crosby at the young age of 36, proved that he's still an elite player in this league by having a milestone season, and yet no post-season for two seasons in a row for the Pittsburgh Penguins. 😔

What a waste of two great wins by the Wings. This team isn't built for much anyway. 5 years into a rebuild and they still have the oldest roster in the NHL. Really hoping to see some of Yzerman's draft picks make the lineup next year.

I'm pretty sure Pittsburgh has the oldest team in the league 🤔

Fleury signs 1-year, $2.5M extension with Wild

Marc-Andre Fleury isn't hanging up his pads just yet.

The veteran netminder signed a one-year, $2.5-million extension with the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday.

More to come.

Just catching up on the Coyotes news....NHL to 36 teams in the next 5 years....

When does the NHL start the Promotion/Relegation rules!?

18 and 18 will work!
Imagine the dilution of talent when it hits 36 teams?
Absolutely BUT if it works and money starts pouring into the league it could go full premier league/EFL Championship and the teams have enough money to start buying 17 and 18 year old Russian amd Swedish prodigies to strengthen their teams
