There are be a couple of theories we can get from this

Maybe a video game ost like anamanaguchi or from iam8bit? Maybe it's something like Lana del Rey, maybe it is just very 80s or 90s inspired
 
I'm guessing one of the 4 clues is possibly linked with AOTM release date.....

Tony Hawks pro skater was released in 1999
Atari Return of the Jedi was released in 1984
Sega college football game was released in 1996
Super Mario Bros 3 was released in 1988

Only correction is that the first clue is for Skate or Die, which came out in 1987.
