Yeah Bob left after this one and they went through a few Bassists before settling on Luciano and Andrew being added for the current line up!

You weren’t far off with this. There is a connection between Blur and Idlewild.
Idlewild were signed to the same label as Blur, Food Records, on Graeme Coxon’s recommendation.

Hey Joe, I'm feeling like I'm suffering from imposter syndrome after this guess, as I really know nothing about Ildewild!
I think the clues I had were the band being from scotland and the release year.
A successful stab in the dark.
