Blackbraid II was such a fantastic level-up! I still need to go back and revisit the first one with new years, but it landed in my "okay" list back when it came out. The second was a pretty instant connection. Very excited to get the email stating he's digging into writing the next one!

My wife is a super fan - she pre-ordered this and it was a very anticipated record in our house. Totally delivered, as did the first.

They were also the first band on the Decibel tour this past year. We went and he really brought the goods. Way better than 20 Stab Wounds for God sakes that followed, though love me some Cattle Decap.
