I'm an Akerfeldt fanboi, so no complaints here. It is real great. Up there with Pale Communion as far as the proggy stuff in their catalog goes.

Poppy's new album, I Disagree, is set to come out on Sumerian Records on January 10th. Sumerian Records is a label that puts out primarily metal. This means this album will be the first one I can gush about in both this thread *and* the Pop Tarts thread! :3

JUST ran across this post and had to share that I happened to catch these guys quite randomly in a super tiny back alley venue when I was in Reykjavik three years ago. They were AMAZING live. What an unexpected treat to catch an act of that quality on a whim.

After @AC Slaughter was so kind enough to have picked me up a copy of the tour variant of Akuma No Uta, USPS decided to show me just how incompetent they can be and got the package lost for almost two months, tracking number stopped working, I filled a claim to which they never sent me any follow up to other than the autogenerated email, I was on hold for a total of 8 hours the week it first went missing.
The package finally arrived today, beaten and bent, with a heavily creased jacket and a slightly warped disc. But it’s finally here so at least there’s that. Thank you once again, @AC Slaughter

Thanks man. I snagged one. Even if this gets repressed at some point I'm happy to have 1st press at a reasonable price.
Anyone here have a copy of Merlin's first: the wizard they are looking to part with?
I missed that one last year and can't afford / don't want to pay the resellers.
