Anybody know if Magnolia will let you swap for something that isn't on the swap list?

I’ve sent messages to customer service twice in recent months asking and both times they have obliged - letting me get Jason Isbell’s Sirens of the Ditch in FEB and Caamp’s By & By in APR.
