A reissue os Mos Def's New Danger is coming at the end of the month. It seems to be an EU release. Could not find a lot of details on the release.

Its on preorder at Barnes and Noble in the US and almost everywhere in Europe, but pricey.

I would guess something like a 45 adapter but smaller.
