It isn't. I can't even find an image of this on google to compare it, it just keeps coming up with Let There Be Rock. (which it also isn't).
Surprised nobody got this yet, they were big in the '80s. This was their first album.

I believe he was joking because the sword (and outfit) looks like the guitar Angus is wielding in Let There Be Rock. Unless this is also a joke in which case I’m entirely lost.
