Had some leftover lime from making ceviche, so I made a mezcal margarita.

Try a Smokestack Lightning:

• 1¾ oz REPOSADO TEQUILA
• ¼ oz ISLAY SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKEY
• ½ oz AGAVE SYRUP
• ¾ oz LIME JUICE

Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

I’ve been making a gin cocktail called “The Jasmine”. Super easy and delicious.

1.5 oz gin
1/4 oz campari
1/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz lemon juice

Combine in a shaker and shake with ice, strain and top it off with a lemon twist. Delicious.

Nope, but it works here. The whiskey is extremely peaty, and it's a small amount that it mostly serves to infuse the drink with a pleasant smokiness.

3/4 oz Luxardo
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
3/4 oz lemon juice

Shaken. Double strained into chilled coupe.

Hendricks has a very nice summer solstice gin.

Just a classic Gin & Tonic with a squeeze of lime... very nice.
