April 2025 Spin Challenge – Well, this is puzzling…

Throughout my teens and early 20s I saw DMB play dozens of time. In addition to all the shows we would go to around the state of Illinois, between The U of I Assembly Hall in Champaign, The World Amphitheater in Tinley Park, at The United Center, and the big shows a Solider Field, we would also frequently catch him at Alpine Valley in Wisconsin and Deer Creek Amphitheater in Noblesville. IN.

Enjoy the show @threesunrises ! Here's some PJ in Atlanta for you!

Edited to add - I should respond to the prompt too! Saw PJ at Fenway in 2016. One of the best times I've seen them, and made / met a bunch of friends at this show that I still keep in touch with today.

Thanks! It was a blast - and I have one hell of a story to share.

We were at those Fenway shows as well.

Day 30 - April showers bring May flowers - spin an artist / album / song that mentions any type of precipitation or has rain / clouds / or expression of weather on the album cover.

Good times @threesunrises.

RIP Mike Peters, lost today to cancer. Thanks for everything.

Heartbreaking loss. I have met Mike a handful of times - he was such a sweet man. 💔

Thanks so much for the fun month @threesunrises ! Happy anniversary, and that looked like an absolutely fantastic setlist from the show last night to celebrate it with.

Time to focus on the puzzle....
Thank you. So, I'll tell my story here.

I had emailed 10c to request they play Nothingman for my husband (that's his handle on twitter, insta etc) Also mentioned that it was our 36th anniversary and our 58th PJ show together, and that we were at the Tenadelphia show in Philly when they raised the 10 banner commemorating the ten Philly arena shows, and that we were at all 10 of them.

We were at the arena when I received an email back asking where we were sitting that night and for my cell phone number. A few minutes later my phone rings and it's a crew member asking where we were because they had something for us. We had GA, so met in a the bar on the floor and I was handed a tube. (We had not purchased the poster because it's quite ugly hahaha) Were told that "this is from Ed". Waited until we were back in the room to open it and were stunned to see a poster signed by the entire band and personalized by Ed wishing us a Happy Anniversary.

The setlist was fantastic - got so many faves - Not For You, In Hiding, Spin, Inside Job and more... and they did play Nothingman.

Great time, wish we were still there for n2, but we had to get home to our sick dog. Our flight home yesterday was delayed 3+ hours because stupid Newark airport only had one runway open. But even that didn't tarnish what was a great getaway and anniversary celebration.

That is amazing, and an absolutely wonderful gesture on the bands part.
