There were SOOOO many saxes here. I think the count was 14 on our stage over 5 sets. The closing jam set had 6 sax players on stage at any one time.

Still not my favorite genre by a long shot, but some of these bands are tight and funky. Currently waiting on Brian Culbertson's band to wrap up so we can tear it all down again and set up for tomorrow's closing set!

Working a few stages for a smooth jazz festival in Delaware this weekend. Didn't exactly realize there was a huge market for that. In Delaware. But I was wrong. From what I've heard so far with sound checks, these are some damn fantastic musicians, just not playing the genre for me.
