How in the world is this account not suspended by Discogs?
27 instances of negative feedback in the last 3 months alone, all for non-paying buyer.
I need to set up a minimum buyer rating because dealing with folks like this is brutal...
So I have a strange situation currently happening.
I had someone place an order for 2 items, and for some reason, they only got invoiced for shipping. Now Discogs won't let me cancel/refund the order, and I am kinda lost on what to do.
Anyone know what could have happened here?
I'm just looking for another miracle Italy run. A new manager for this cycle, no more Chiellini, Bonucci, Insigne, etc, so not likely lol.
They have no business making the final this time around, but I'll still be pulling for them.
