I’m thinking, that to protect against potential water damage I’ll want to get resealable outers, I only see those in the 3 mil though, I’ll probably need 5 mil for the double gatefolds right?

You’ll need not just the normal 5.0 for them, but the 5.0 oversized gatefold ones in particular. They aren’t resealable though.
