WAP is easily the biggest song of the year. No song was a bigger cultural phenomenon. It spawned countless covers and memes. It deserves #1 for the Shapiro pearl clutching alone.
And I'm def not saying WAP is bad, but the biggest song of 2017 was "Shape of You" by Ed Sheeran. Biggest =/= best. But that's just me.
