This could open up a hornet's nest...the "best?" I like the mono reissues if you can find them. I also like the stereo box of the white album with the Esher demos, which is probably cheaper than a mono copy. If you want "very good" then the stereo represses are solid and much more affordable than the monos. Beatles purists may disagree but I think you'd be happy with the clean recent stereo represses.

You can find the stereos in most locals too.

I'm good with the mono Pepper from the box. The new 50th Anniversary Edition from a couple years ago is good to me...but others didn't seem to like it.

Yeah i hear Mono is the way to go i haven't experienced it personally myself but I do absolutely love the White Album boxset with the Esher Demos its just amazing ❤

the white album i can easily just do the set with the escher demos (even though im used to the original production). but sgt peppers i wanna make sure i have as good as copy as i can have thats under 100 bucks i can get... most first pressings or mono versions from the UK are super expensive and its always said that mono is the best possible person of sgt peppers possible

First pressings are out $$ wise...I'd look for one of the new mono presses - those are just under $100 now.

Have the most recent mono pressings of both and can highly recommend.

That's probably the cheapest mono you'll find. There may be others, but I think this one sounds pretty good.
