personally i didn't find that many bangers on RTJ4... maybe its the much more old school sound was something i was not used to but i didn't feel as much energy
Yes @Woob_woob I agree so much with you! Run The Jewels 3 is the weakest of the four RTJ albums so far! It’s quite easily the weakest! And like you, Run The Jewels 2 is easily their best work yet!
Run The Jewels 3 really suffers from a weak opening track! And then the next track “Talk To Me” is also quite meh. “Legend Has It” is when the album really begins in terms of a great song!
Oh dear god the blasphemy is real, I feel psychically sick reading the comments about rtj3 please save me from this strike me with lightning i cant take anymore seriously its a classic case of making a dope album that can't match your own dopeness so it automatically loses points for not reaching the highs of your other almost impossible reaching pinnacle albums
Yeah, I know right @Hollywood ! RTJ4 is easily better than Run The Jewels 3! The production absolutely on RTJ4 absolutely kills the production on Run The Jewels 3!
No @Jmcg85 - Run The Jewels 3 is like a 7.1/10 for me! It’s still a good album, but is weak in comparison!
Whereas Kendrick Lamar’s most weakest effort out of his four albums - DAMN and Section.80 - are both like an 8.6/10!
Run The Jewels 3 has too much filler and really suffers from an unfocused tracklisting unfortunately! And production wise, it can feel a bit lackluster on some tracks!
No Nathan not everything has to be at opposite ends of the scale. This is amazing this is shit If (and not my scores just examples) rtj4 is a 9.7 doesn't mean rtj3 is a 1. It could easily be a 9 which is amazing in itself you see what I'm saying. I feel like we are saying it's a major blip in the discography when it really isnt @NathanRicaud
I'm kidding I respect your opinion @NathanRicaud I think compared to other artists 7s its probably still at least a 9 it just didn't match what rtj can do perhaps
