I was very sad that no venue here tried to book them for a side show when they played Sick New World fest last weekend.
I drove 3+ hours up to Chicago today to see a matinee at Steppenwolf but got there slightly too late due to road construction and traffic. So my wife and I now find ourselves "settling" for a Robyn Hitchcock concert in a lovely little intimate theater.

Tfw Iron and Wine and Modest Mouse are $25 out of town, but regular price here because the venues use ticketmaster

We have Santana and Counting Crows as one lineup, plus the Train / Reo Speedwagon show. Too bad they aren't one big tour then @TrainFan73 would really have something special, esp if there was a train/counting crows crossover.
I passed on the Spongebob rave too. But did send the link for that to my kids.

Nevermind, it's at a venue that's an hour and a half from me. Not worth it.
