Agreed that their sophomore album is more jangly but it's also richer and the sound is more detailed! I think it's better than their debut 🤷

I guess my comment kind of implied it is less good but I don't know yet. Still so early and I'll probably listen to this album at least a dozen more times throughout the year.

Jealous. They are awesome. I discovered them around the same time as the whole Vulfpeck thing. I want to say they are related somehow but it may just be a proximity thing and I’m too lazy to google machine it right now.

Vulfpeck definitely came up during my quick Google scan, but I never got overly familiar with the whole Vulfpeck thing other than knowing lots of folk who were quite into it.
