So I just caught up on the thread. And I don't have a shipping notice or tracking number for Mobb Deep. Let's just say I'm going to be real upset if I don't get a copy.

I think VMP was always supposed to be December. And someone on reddit received their black copy already.

That’s not good news. My copy came in yesterday but I didnt have the chance to spin it yet.

Did I buy the two new 7”s? Yes. Only because I got suckered into buying the first two. Am I happy about it? Absolutely not. But I’ve already got Blonde and Endless. Gotta keep the collection whole. I like Frank the musician, but fuck Frank the business man.

I just don’t get the hype on Brubeck. I tried it a couple times. It’s a nice little record, great piano work throughout, but it doesn’t jump at me as a must grab by any means. Definitely thought it would be one that I could swap for later 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Definitely disappointing to not get the bonus tracks. I already wanted the album though. So at least it’s something I’m happy about adding to my collection.

Also wondering if it’s the full album. Couldn’t tell from trying to poke around the site. If anyone finds any definitive info, please post it here.

To update my billy woods saga, I ended up ordering the Terror Management vinyl 😂. I've been listening to it a lot since my mini discussion in this topic. I'm still not sure how I feel on the entire album as a whole, but there's enough there to keep me interested in figuring it out. And over time...

As in out of time with the production. I feel like he speeds up or slows down independent of the beat. I don’t feel like he really stays in a pocket. I’ve got no problem with abstract and/or metaphorical lyrics. It’s simply how he raps that turns me off.

For the life of me I can’t get into billy woods. I’ve tried across multiple releases. He’s just so off beat that I can’t get into it.

Also copped Back at the House. Listened to a minute of the single and any second thoughts I had Hemlock holding down a project by himself immediately left. That dude has no business being as good at rap as he is while he’s also fronting Future Islands.

Yea, just tried again too. Using chrome and microsoft edge. Safari browser on mobile. I can add to bag, go to cart, but once i hit proceed to checkout it gives me an out of stock message.

I tried on a laptop too. The page still comes up says backorder as it does for all their preorders. But when I try to check out it says out of stock.
