Yeah same. Living in a city that’s effectively a tax haven for big tech and social media companies, and that was expensive before that, I am incredibly lucky to be able to have a two bedroom apartment 8 miles out of town on one income. It’s all fucked. But yes the prospect of the sub being anywhere other than where it resides is not existent!
