What are some good mono options say under $100? Any idea?

I wish I did. I was lucky to get the 2014 in 2014! I’m sure with a bit of patience someone here will have heard something to recommend you. Be careful of very early uk pressings without them in hand. Beatles records, and particularly early Beatles records, are often either well used and loved or very expensive.
There are a couple of Japanese mono pressings from somewhere around 1980, both red vinyl that are supposedly pretty good and you may be able to find them in that vicinity... maybe...

The 2014 has one for a similar price, €90, but I didn’t look too much into the seller.

I have a couple of Japanese Mono on red vinyl from this series (Please Please Me and Help!) and I'm quite pleased with them.

There are good mono option for around a $100.
The 2014 Mono is excellent
Also, based of the other 1980s Japanese Odeon pressing that are mono AAA I would assume the Rubber Soul would be fantastic as well.
