Their website has signed prints that come with it as well as an exclusive (that comes in a pvc sleeve) but it's not letting me add anything to cart

I haven’t been to their site. They’re all showing as available in local stores here. I pre ordered the one with the holographic sleeve from my local.

It seems the band EU/UK shop can pre-order with the signed print. But the US pre-order doesn't include the signed print.
same thing happened w/ the Tricky Maxinquaye reissue :/Maybe a European exclusive. The signed print one was in my local for pre order too so

It seems like the signed are for sure a EU exclusive but it says there's world wide shipping. I think the site is showing the prints with the individual LP's when it's not supposed to be that's why it won't add to cart

Probably just that variant. This is a huge release since the guys from SSD never wanted a repress of the original release until the past few years after working with Trust Records. They'll have more copies available somewhere in guessing.
Trust Records are cool. They've been doing great work on remastering and reissuing classic Hardcore Punk albums.
