I reported the GoFundMe for fraudulent use of funds + lack of communication. Also filed a chargeback.
Unfortunately, I used CashApp to pay for Crateism because I had extra money sitting there - probably have no recourse legally.

I've never even received anything indicating that a shipping label was even created. It's like they're hoping I forgot about it after placing an order. I sent my fist message today stating that they either need to ship everything IN FULL or refund my money immediately
The lone email I received on July 31:
"Hello! Due to the high number of orders received, the estimated shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks. We do apologize for the delay. We are a small business and received more orders than expected! A tracking number will automatically be sent to the email you provided once it goes out. If you prefer not to wait, we would be more than happy to issue a refund. Thanks!

I've watched this sad saga play out from afar.
To sell (non-preorder) items which it appears one neither possesses nor has the means to procure is bad. To double down and sell more items that one still does not possess, possibly to obtain funds to purchase items for the previous round of sales, but then to say forget it, this is too hard and these customers are rude? To not issue refunds? To do this knowingly? That looks really bad

While I still wish my joke wouldn't have caused the level of drama it did on this thread, I will say that at least my idea for getting the albums was a solid plan in hindsight all things considered.

Yeah, I need to file a complaint about crateism as well.. I'm a full month since I sent an email with no reply and about 2 weeks since I sent a message on instagram (I saw her reply to a complimentary tagged post a bit after I sent the message on the same day so I know she was at least active when I sent it). The only person I saw on Reddit that got any response from her recently threatened to file a Police report supposedly and they got the refund within an hour.. It's also just a random person on Reddit so i'm not sure how true it is but I wouldn't be surprised at this point.
I was offering suggestions before to just get shit going but i'll probably send a more direct message today as well saying to just give me my refund at this point or i'll file a complaint to get it.
